✨ About The Role
- Responsible for Hoplo, an aftermarket radar product for collision avoidance applications on industrial and commercial vehicles
- Work closely with customers to understand their expectations and define the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Stay informed about competitive requirements, provide insights to inform technical requirements, and drive new product sales
- Act as a cross-functional liaison between engineering, business, and regulatory considerations to drive product decisions
- Provide input into product marketing decisions and activities
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced product leader with a minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing product leadership role, ideally with hardware products for industrial fleets
- Strong ability to gather market input from customers to define successful product roadmaps and drive new product sales
- Skilled in understanding and discussing technical concepts, managing tradeoffs, and evaluating opportunities with stakeholders
- Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with startup experience being a plus
- Highly organized, collaborative, and possess exceptional written and oral communication skills
