✨ About The Role
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the entire fulfillment center, including inbound flow, put away, outbound, B2C and B2B, and returns.
- This role involves leading and developing a team of Area Managers, operations leads, and warehouse associates to meet daily goals.
- The Operations Manager will set and maintain all operational KPIs, including warehouse location accuracy and order productivity.
- Budgeting and payroll responsibilities will fall under this role, along with scheduling and staffing to plan.
- The Operations Manager will ensure operational success during new client launches and will partner with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed, requiring flexibility to work overtime, including evenings and weekends.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume direct-to-consumer environment in a managerial role or higher.
- They should possess strong leadership skills, with experience leading teams of 60 or more non-exempt employees and 5 or more salaried employees.
- A background in running and leading highly technical operations, including automation, is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should have experience working in large facilities, specifically those over 200,000 square feet.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary, along with the ability to drive tasks to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with all levels of management and support teams.
