✨ About The Role
- Responsible for day-to-day administration of Stord's relationship with partners and customers within assigned 3PL partner sites
- Ensure SLA site compliance, align customer requests, and manage small projects like onboarding additional customer channels
- Handle data and reporting for data-informed decisions, manage inbound/outbound transportation activity, and review/approve invoices
- Communicate with customers via various channels, manage/escalate customer disputes, and ensure general system reconciliation
- Expected to learn Stord systems with proficiency and work on integrations triage, scheduling transportation activities, and customer communication.
⚡ Requirements
- Experience in logistics, distribution, or operations, preferably in a customer-facing role, with 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex customer situations and resolve high-level issues
- Proficiency in customer support software, CRM systems, and intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong on-site communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a bonus
