The Parcel Product Manager is a critical role that supports the strategic development and growth of our Stord Parcel offering. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in product management for third-party logistics (3PL) solutions or e-commerce fulfillment who has a deep understanding of parcel shipping challenges. As the Parcel Product Owner, you will drive the long term strategy and vision for this new offering, working with our 3PL partners and customers, helping them integrate their warehouse management systems (WMS) with our platform. You will ensure a seamless onboarding process and provide continuous support to optimize their shipping operations. Your work will directly enable our partners to achieve faster delivery times, lower costs, and enhanced operational efficiency without needing to build their own infrastructure.
Define business requirements for the Parcel Product offering and go to market strategy.
Guide 3PL partners and customers through the integration of their WMS with our platform.
Create an integrated Delivery Experience for 3PLs and other Parcel Product customers.
Develop, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery speed, costs, and carrier performance to ensure operational excellence.
Collaborate with product and engineering, to troubleshoot issues and provide feedback for platform enhancements.
Identify opportunities to improve the overall parcel network, contributing to the "flywheel effect" of increased efficiency and savings for all partners.
5+ years of experience in e-commerce or supply chain product management, or a related field.
Proven experience working within a 3PL environment or with e-commerce brands.
A strong understanding of parcel shipping logistics, including carrier management, sortation, and last-mile delivery.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and API integrations.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to effectively manage and support 3PL partners.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
