The Parcel Strategy Associate will support the parcel team in optimizing our transportation network, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You'll assist in day-to-day operations and help implement new strategies. You will work with data, prepare reports, and contribute to projects that improve our parcel shipping processes.

What You'll Do:

• Formulate recommendations to domestic and international parcel shipping strategies.
• Support cost optimization initiatives by analyzing spend patterns, forecasting demand, and improving freight and distribution strategies.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives related to operational efficiency and cost savings.
• Facilitate the resolution of issues and communicate with both internal teams and external partners.
• Create and maintain operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Customer Experience) to align data insights with business objectives.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to improve key metrics such as OnTime Delivery, Ship to Deliver performance, etc.

What You'll Need:

• 3-4 years of experience in a logistics, transportation, or operations-related role.
• Experience in parcel shipping or a related field performing strategic quantitative analysis.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
• A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, DOMO, Looker).
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder).
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.
• Understanding of supply chain concepts such as demand planning, inventory optimization, and logistics KPIs.
• Strong communication skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
