We're looking for a talented and curious Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our platform as we continue to expand. At Stord, Product Managers enjoy a unique vantage point—seeing their work come to life both internally, powering our fulfillment operations, and externally, as a standalone SaaS solution for brands and 3PLs. In this role, you'll partner closely with our product and engineering teams to drive new feature development, improve existing functionality, and ensure Stord consistently delivers meaningful value across our customers' supply chains.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce SaaS, with expertise in revenue/conversion, retention, and post-purchase experiences. You'll be responsible for understanding customer needs and market dynamics, building a clear roadmap and strategy, and executing with a high degree of ownership—from writing concept docs and tickets to collaborating across GTM and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and sales. You'll work directly with leadership and take ownership of a key product within Stord's portfolio.
