We're looking for a high-performing Program Manager to join our dedicated M&A Integration team. This is a high-impact role responsible for turning a strategic acquisition into an operational reality. You will be responsible for driving the execution of the master integration plan for a given acquisition, from planning through to the final handover to the business. You will translate high-level goals into structured workstreams, manage timelines, track risks, and drive accountability across cross-functional teams that include senior leaders and operators. Your work will directly ensure that each acquisition delivers on its intended value by seamlessly integrating new teams, customers, and technologies into Stord. This is not a passive coordination role; you are a hands-on strategic executor, responsible for keeping the integration on track and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. This position reports directly to the Head of M&A Integrations.
Drive End-to-End Integration: Lead the execution of all post-acquisition integration plans from initial planning through final handover to the business, owning timelines, managing risks, and facilitating all key integration meetings.
Track Strategic Synergies: Be responsible for tracking the realization of all financial and strategic synergies modeled by Corporate Development during the diligence phase.
Create Structure & Accountability: Translate high-level integration goals into detailed project roadmaps, charters, RACIs, and workflows that create momentum across teams.
Manage Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with leaders across Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations to align on priorities, remove roadblocks, and push execution forward.
Ensure Executive Visibility: Maintain crisp project documentation and dashboards, and inform all stakeholders, including senior leadership, on progress and escalations.
Build the M&A Playbook: Codify learnings from each deal into a repeatable M&A integration playbook that will scale across all future acquisitions.
2-4 years of experience in project or program management, operations strategy, consulting, or a similar strategic role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment. Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to senior executives. Strong interpersonal instincts and the ability to drive alignment and accountability without formal authority, while maintaining trust.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complexity and communicate with clarity and precision. Obsessive attention to detail with a high bar for execution, follow-through, and the quality of your own work product.
Bonus points for: Direct experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or supply chain operations is a strong plus. Fluency in modern project management tools, like Asana or Jira, and comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Experience with financial models and analysis, with the ability to track performance against strategic and financial synergy targets.
