- The Senior Account Executive at Stord is responsible for expanding a portfolio of high-value clients, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
- This role involves identifying, researching, and establishing contact with potential new clients through account-based selling techniques
- Developing consultative relationships with clients and prospects to introduce Stord’s full breadth of Supply Chain services
- Understanding prospects’ needs and objectives to provide tailored logistics solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics with 5+ years of sales experience focused on Supply Chain or Warehousing sales for mid-market and enterprise clients
- Experience in Warehousing, Fulfillment, or E-commerce operations is a bonus
- High energy level, perseverance, and learning agility with a willingness to have fun
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize customer interests, and collaborate across team functions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
