Product Manager For Comply
Our Product Management team is actively seeking a Product Manager for Comply to join our passionate, driven, and fast-paced team. In this role, you will work with engineering, product, sales, marketing, and customer teams to ensure smooth development of key capabilities and maintenance of Comply. You will be doing this while keeping in mind customer needs, satisfaction, and adoption.
Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in product management principles and will be a strong communicator who can bring their industry expertise to drive vision and development cross-functionally across all levels of the organization. Must have a successful track record of working with stakeholders on new products.
This is an individual contributor role.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute on Tanium's vulnerability management and compliance strategy.
- Own the delivery of the product roadmap from ideation to launch in partnership with the engineering and design teams, while maintaining stakeholder alignment through clear communication of timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers across the organization to define the strategic short- and long-term technical roadmap of products, defining clear product outcomes aligned with business objectives.
- Document customer use cases, product requirements, and business justifications for new feature development.
- Engage in continuous discovery, test key assumptions, and validate product decisions through direct customer engagement, feedback sessions, and data-driven insights.
- Perform ongoing competitive analysis to monitor market trends and identify opportunities that inform strategic decisions and roadmap priorities.
- Partner with internal teams on the development of appropriate materials to ensure successful enablement and training on new features and updates.
- Support product marketing initiatives, partner relationships, and other opportunities to accelerate the adoption of your products and to build Tanium's brand.
- Work closely with the business and technical teams to find solutions to daily challenges.
We're Looking For Someone With
- Education
- BA/BS required
- MA preferred
- Experience
- 3-5 years of product supporting a SaaS solution, appliance or equivalent experience (vulnerability management preferred) with demonstrated ability to discover opportunities and then define and deliver products.
- Proven track record of working with business stakeholders to drive definition and alignment, strong communication and influencing skills, project management skills, and strong time management skills.
- Experience conducting competitive analysis using strong analytical skills to synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience incorporating AI capabilities into product features that drive customer outcomes and align to business strategies.

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 to $275,000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, training, and experience.
