- The Assembly Test Technician will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of Teledyne FLIR sUAS and payloads before shipping. - Duties include debugging test failures at both assembly and PCB levels for fresh production and RMA systems. - The role involves testing electrical and mechanical components and systems using various test and investigation equipment. - The technician will maintain failure data and update Test Yield Pareto and KPI charts. - Collaboration with other functional teams during deep dive investigations is a key aspect of the job.

- The ideal candidate will have a Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. - A minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required, with at least 5 years in a debug, test technician, or engineering role. - Candidates should possess a strong ability to read circuit diagrams, assembly instructions, and technical documentation. - Problem-solving skills using structured methodologies such as A3 or DMAIC are essential for success in this role. - Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing concepts will be beneficial.
