- The ideal candidate will have a college degree, preferably in Engineering or Business, and a strong technical background. - A minimum of 10 years of sales experience is required, with at least 5 years managing channels in the machine vision industry. - The candidate should possess superior persuasion and presentation skills, along with strong customer communication and interpersonal skills. - A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for learning new things are essential traits for success in this role. - The candidate must be a team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
