- The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for growing existing distributors and channel partners by fostering long-term relationships.
- The role involves identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities to establish FLIR as a preferred vendor for machine vision cameras.
- The candidate will build and execute a channel strategy to achieve assigned sales targets while collaborating with various departments.
- Responsibilities include promoting FLIR IIS Machine Vision products, supporting customers, and building relationships with new and existing clients.
- The role requires preparing and updating weekly territory forecasts and budgets, as well as understanding market trends through customer visits and trade shows.

- The ideal candidate will have a college degree, preferably in Engineering or Business, and a strong technical background.
- A minimum of 10 years of sales experience is required, with at least 5 years managing channels in the machine vision industry.
- The candidate should possess superior persuasion and presentation skills, along with strong customer communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and enthusiasm for learning new things are essential traits for success in this role.
- The candidate must be a team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
