- The Director will oversee a team of nearly 50 people, focusing on customer service, manufacturing, and revenue growth.
- Responsibilities include managing customer service repairs, training, and parts supply sales, as well as manufacturing Integrated Dewar Cooler Assemblies.
- The role requires extensive coordination with internal departments and large government customers globally.
- The Director will be responsible for budgeting, sales projections, and ensuring adherence to ISO9001 standards.
- Continuous improvement efforts using Lean principles and root cause analysis will be a key focus of this position.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in the defense sector, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in managing large teams and driving revenue growth is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively interface with various stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of logistics and contract management, especially with US Defense agencies, is highly desirable.
- The ability to analyze data and utilize tools such as SAP, MS Excel, and PowerBI will be crucial for tracking performance metrics.
