✨ About The Role
- The Facility Security Program Manager will manage physical security of the facility, including issuing employee and visitor badges.
- This role involves serving as a liaison with outside security service providers and maintaining an on-call list for building security issues.
- The manager will prepare and maintain the Master System Security Plan and handle classified material as required by contract.
- Responsibilities include investigating and reporting security violations and incidents, as well as developing security education training programs for staff.
- The position requires planning and monitoring financials for the department, including purchase requisitions and capital equipment requests.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience managing facility security requirements for sensitive security programs is essential.
- Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience as a Facility Security Officer or Program Security Officer.
- In-depth knowledge of the NISPOM, ICD, DoD, and other federal security regulations is required.
- Industrial Security Professional Certification (ISP) is preferred, along with completion of DCSA course including FSO Program Management.
