✨ About The Role
- The Service Technician will be responsible for conducting routine repairs, diagnosis, and service support for all Solutions products.
- This role involves developing standard repair and maintenance procedures that comply with company and ISO 9001 standards.
- The technician will assist engineering teams in the development and implementation of system upgrades and new product implementations.
- Providing troubleshooting support via phone and email to customers is a key responsibility of this position.
- The technician will also be expected to train other technicians in the proper use of assembly/test fixtures and product handling.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills and be proficient in using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes and digital voltmeters.
- A degree in electronics or prior work experience in a related field is preferred, indicating a solid foundation in technical knowledge.
