Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support special projects within our Marketing Communications team. This role will play a key part in our German translation initiative, helping ensure accurate and timely localization of marketing content for our German-speaking audience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the German website translation project, including:
• Extracting English content from the website and organizing it into Word documents
• Coordinating with external translation vendor to manage the translation process
• Reviewing and preparing translated content for upload
• Updating and publishing translated content on the German version of the website
• Support other marketing communications projects as needed, including content organization, asset management, and graphic design
• Maintain clear documentation and timelines for translation workflows and project milestones

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Sharepoint 19 website platform is a plus
• Experience working with translation vendors or multilingual content is a bonus
• Proficiency in German is helpful but not required
