✨ About The Role
- The Production Technician will be responsible for the manufacture, assembly, wiring, and testing of Teledyne Marine products.
- Daily tasks will be assigned by the Production Manager and will follow the established production plan.
- The role includes providing training to new team members to ensure they are proficient in their tasks.
- Proficiency in using test equipment such as multimeters and megger is required for conducting procedural tests.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with Lean and 5S principles is a key responsibility.
- Adherence to Quality, Environmental, and Health and Safety standards is mandatory.
- The technician will support all production-related activities to meet customer expectations and business goals.
- Additional duties may be assigned by the line manager as needed.

- The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of electronic and electrical engineering principles.
- Experience with soldering, preferably trained to IPC standards, is essential for this role.
- Attention to detail is crucial, as the job involves testing and certifying production products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and good communication abilities are necessary for effective teamwork.
- The candidate should be well-organized and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in polyurethane injection molding is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A self-motivated individual who can prioritize tasks and work flexibly will thrive in this position.
- Physical fitness is required, as some lifting is involved in the production process.
