✨ About The Role
- The role involves providing technical support for creating, tracking, and resolving Material Review Board (MRB) cases.
- The technician will work closely with the Operations team and relevant engineering groups to address technical questions and issues.
- Responsibilities include determining when to create MRBs, tracking their progress, and ensuring proper documentation and routing.
- The position requires monitoring manufacturing processes to identify deficiencies and participating in Continuous Improvement (CI) events.
- The technician will collaborate with various engineering and operations teams to implement methods to mitigate recurrent MRBs.

- The ideal candidate will have an AS degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Engineering Technology.
- A minimum of 3 years of production shop floor experience in assembly and testing of products similar to ODI is required.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred, indicating a strong background in process improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential for effective communication and documentation.
- The candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of tracking and managing multiple MRB cases efficiently.
