- The Regional Sales Manager – Security will be responsible for managing relationships with Security partners, VARs, and end-users in the Northeast region of the US.
- This role involves building, expanding, and maintaining a network of relationships at all levels within each organization.
- The RSM will leverage account presence to up-sell and cross-sell, providing market intelligence and fostering deeper customer relationships.
- Collaboration with internal teams is crucial to actively prospect for new opportunities and grow the Security base business.
- The position requires establishing and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts through CRM utilization.

- The ideal candidate will have significant years of experience in Security sales, particularly in selling Video Management Software, visible cameras, thermal cameras, and radar.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with partners and end-users.
- The candidate should be fluent in English, both verbal and written, and possess the ability to work independently while being highly self-motivated.
- A strong and persuasive communicator is necessary to effectively present complex information in a simple manner to win key accounts.
- Technical proficiency is required, with the ability to create professional briefing materials and conduct product training and demonstrations.
