Sensor Lab Lead Technician

Essential Functions

• All assembly steps for 3999 H2S sensor (canning, scribing, spot-welding, eutectic, wire bonding...etc)
• Testing of 3999 sensors using semi-automated test set-up.
• Assembly and test of CAT16 and FP700 plug-in sensors
• Assembly and test of TP700 plug-in H2S sensors
• Assembly and test of Detcon version toxic electrochem sensors
• Assembly and calibration of all ECS toxic sensors
• Assembly and calibration of PID smart sensors
• Assembly and test of O2 sensors
• Testing of raw IR plug-in sensors
• Testing of raw PID sensors
• Assembly and testing of echem sensors from outside suppliers

Requirements:

Education/Skill/Experience:

Strong hand and eye coordination required. Careful attention to detail and ability to follow procedures so as to produce high quality sensors with supporting QC documentation. Able use of computers needed for various testing activities.
