- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and at least 15 years of experience in Launch Vehicle and/or Flight Operations Readiness.
- Strong experience in Launch Vehicle Ground Systems Development is essential for success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with various teams and present operational information.
- The candidate should be able to work efficiently with minimal oversight and guidance, demonstrating a high level of independence.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be crucial.
