- The SLS Core Stage Operations Lead will serve as the primary interface for the SLS Core Stage Element, focusing on operational readiness.
- Responsibilities include reviewing cross-program documents and managing Core Stage Element training materials and events.
- The Operations Lead will coordinate simulations, integrated testing events, and launch operations as the primary console coordinator.
- The role requires developing seating assignments and scheduling console support opportunities for the Core Stage Element.
- The candidate will act as the liaison for operations with the Launch Integration and Mission Operations (LIMO) team.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field and at least 15 years of experience in Launch Vehicle and/or Flight Operations Readiness.
- Strong experience in Launch Vehicle Ground Systems Development is essential for success in this role.
