Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a "US Person" (US Citizens, US Nationals, lawful permanent residents, asylees or refugees).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Safely perform laboratory tests following Lab Standard Operating Procedures and/or Design Engineer requirements
  • Accurately record data
  • Accurately report relevant observations
  • Prepare Lab Test Reports based on data and observations
  • Work in partnership with Manufacturing and/or Design Engineers to test products and/or components and help develop processes and fixtures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma /GED
  • 5 years of relevant experience

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Working knowledge of electrical theory and experience in the safe use of electrical test equipment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Safe use of basic hand tools
  • Proficient in soldering techniques desirable
  • Knowledge of programming controller based laboratory equipment desirable
  • Use of precision measuring tools, calipers, micrometer, depth gauge, etc. desirable
