Senior Product Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to contribute to our global product marketing strategy and execution for our analytics platform, ThoughtSpot Analytics. In this role, you will help drive customer and revenue growth and reinforce our leadership position in the market through compelling, value-driven assets and campaigns.
You'll act as a strategic partner across Product, Sales, and Marketing—guiding how we position and bring to market an evolving, AI-powered analytics platform. You'll focus on enhancing engagement with prospects, users, and buyers while gathering key market insights to influence product strategy and sales execution.
The ideal candidate thrives in a rapidly evolving environment and is excited to leverage emerging technologies, including generative AI, to scale content creation, sharpen messaging, and drive more personalized and data-informed go-to-market strategies.
Your key performance indicators will include improving product line ARR, boosting product activation and adoption (NRR), increasing competitive win rates, and driving expansion plays.
What You'll Do:
Content & Storytelling
- Create high-impact customer-facing content, including solution briefs, blogs, landing pages, webinars, presentations, and videos
- Leverage generative AI and advanced content tools to accelerate content development, personalize messaging at scale, and optimize performance based on engagement insights
- Partner with technical teams to craft compelling live and recorded demos that showcase ThoughtSpot Analytics in action
- Harness AI-driven insights to continuously refine storytelling based on customer behavior, usage data, and market trends
- Partner with customer marketing to develop case studies and user stories that highlight how customers are transforming workflows with agentic analytics
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Help evolve positioning and messaging for key areas of the ThoughtSpot Analytics platform
- Translate complex features—including AI/ML and agentic capabilities—into clear, differentiated customer value propositions for data leaders, AI leaders, and business stakeholders
- Utilize AI tools to analyze competitive landscapes, market trends, and customer signals to inform differentiated positioning
- Help define and continuously refine the "Why Now, Why ThoughtSpot" narrative, grounded in data and real-time market insights
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Orchestrate product launches for new capabilities, including AI-powered and agentic features
- Partner with Product and Demand Gen to bring innovations to market and drive adoption
- Leverage predictive analytics and AI-driven segmentation to inform campaign strategy, targeting, and messaging personalization
- Align messaging and campaigns across field, customer marketing, and partner marketing teams to ensure consistency and impact
Sales Enablement
- Equip Sales with enablement materials and training that clearly articulate the value of ThoughtSpot, including its AI-driven capabilities
- Partner with Competitive Intelligence to develop battlecards, discovery guides, and talk tracks that leverage AI-driven insights for stronger differentiation
- Utilize AI-powered analytics on engagement and win/loss data to continuously refine enablement content and sales messaging
- Serve as the voice of the customer for field teams, incorporating direct feedback and data insights into ongoing messaging improvements
Product Partnership
- Provide strategic input to Product teams on roadmap priorities, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Leverage AI-driven customer insights (e.g., usage data, feedback signals, support trends) to inform product strategy
- Collaborate closely with UX, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure customer-centric, intuitive, and intelligent product experiences
- Continuously experiment with emerging tools (e.g., conversational AI, autonomous agents, predictive analytics) to enhance product storytelling and go-to-market effectiveness
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years in Product Marketing or Solution Marketing in B2B SaaS (analytics or data platform experience is a plus)
- Experience leveraging or partnering with AI/ML technologies to enhance marketing workflows, content creation, or go-to-market execution
- Track record of driving measurable results through data-driven and AI-enhanced marketing strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value
- Demonstrated success creating content across formats—video, long-form, web, and social—ideally with experience scaling through AI tools
- Strong business acumen and ability to synthesize market, customer, and product insights into actionable strategies
- Comfortable working with technical products and translating feature-level detail (including AI capabilities) into customer-facing narratives
- Organized and process-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience partnering with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams

- Hands-on experience to leverage AI tools (industry-leading LLMs) to increase productivity, automate routine tasks, and improve work quality.
- Speak to the experience of using AI for research, content creation, and document summarization while maintaining ownership of judgment and final decisions.
- Write effective prompts to get the most accurate and creative results from AI tools.

This office-assigned role is available as a hybrid position, reporting to the office in India - Bangalore.
Spotters assigned to an office are encouraged to experience the energy of their local office with an in-office expectation of 2-3 days per week. This approach balances the benefits of in-person collaboration and peer learning with the flexibility needed by individuals and teams.
