ThoughtSpot is seeking a visionary Vice President of Design to lead and scale our global design organization. ThoughtSpot is on a mission of making the world more data-driven and this role will be crucial in how ThoughtSpot makes this a reality. This role will shape intuitive, AI-powered experiences that democratize data for everyone—from business users to analysts. The ideal candidate has deep experience designing high-tech enterprise products (preferably in BI), scaling distributed teams, and driving design excellence at a strategic level.
Reporting to the SVP of Product, this role will oversee a team of 30+ talented product, UX, and visual designers across US and India. ThoughtSpot's simple and intuitive user experience has been a strength and this role will carry this forward.
