✨ About The Role
- Lead and provide strategic direction on complex projects related to FAA programs and other portfolios within the company
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, budget, resources, stakeholder engagement, communication, and quality
- Cultivate strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and influence
- Stand up the PM function and ensure scalability as the company continues to grow
- Collaborate with employees at various levels within the company to contribute to short- and long-term business strategies
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced program manager with a track record of successfully delivering program initiatives and managing complex projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate relationships with stakeholders and enhance program effectiveness
- Ability to provide strategic direction on projects and contribute to overall business objectives
- Familiarity with government contracting and FAA aviation programs is a plus
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and holds a PMP certification
