  • Develop and maintain Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) to ensure consistent quality and compliance with ISO 9001 and industry best practices.

  • Champion lean manufacturing initiatives to identify and eliminate waste, accelerate output, and drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance) to rapidly address and resolve manufacturing issues in real time.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

  • Experience: 7+ years in high-volume, precision manufacturing environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver under tight deadlines and demanding operational pressures.

  • Proven track record in project leadership and process improvement initiatives within fast-paced, high-stakes manufacturing operations.

  • Expert-level proficiency with SolidWorks or AutoCAD for manufacturing and production tooling design.

  • Extensive experience operating within ISO 9001 certified environments and knowledge of relevant quality standards.

Why Join Us:

  • Mission-driven work: Contribute directly to critical defense systems essential to national security.

  • Career-defining leadership: Take ownership of high-impact, high-visibility manufacturing projects.
