- The Avionics Harness Technician will be responsible for constructing wire cables, performing PCB assembly rework, and assembling and testing various systems and units.
- The role involves collaborating closely with engineering teams to iterate on electronic components and cables.

- The technician will monitor their work progress against established standards and ensure timely delivery of all tasks.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional qualifications in relevant standards such as NASA STD 8739.4, IPC-620, or J-STD-001.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing wire harnesses in the commercial or aerospace industry is essential.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in using electronics equipment and basic mechanical and/or electronics hand tools, with at least 5 years of experience in this area.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary for effective teamwork and collaboration with engineering teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this role.
