✨ About The Role

- The Senior Propulsion Technician will support the development of systems for artificial-gravity human-rated space stations and the Haven Demo Satellite. - Responsibilities include building and maintaining facility systems, including Ground Support Equipment (GSE), propellant, high pressure, and cryogenic systems. - The role involves working alongside engineers to build, test, and maintain fluid systems, as well as conducting test operations in the field for extended periods. - Candidates will be expected to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on fluid, mechanical, and electrical systems. - The position requires the ability to operate or learn to operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts and overhead equipment.

- The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate, along with at least 3 years of experience in a production, mechanical, or manufacturing environment. - A strong mechanical background is preferred, indicating a hands-on approach to problem-solving and system maintenance. - Candidates should be comfortable working with high-pressure fluid and gas systems, demonstrating technical proficiency in this area. - The ability to read and understand Plumbing and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) is essential for success in this role. - A willingness to work overtime or weekends to meet critical mission milestones is necessary, showcasing commitment to the team's objectives.
