✨ About The Role
- The Senior Technical Project Manager will report to the VP of Station Engineer and support the development of systems for artificial-gravity human-rated space stations.
- Responsibilities include managing multiple critical hardware work streams, including electrical, mechanical, and industrial design aspects.
- The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to deliver hardware solutions on tight timelines.
- The candidate will act as a single point of contact for driving scope, schedule, cost, and resource management.
- Regular reporting on program status and risks to stakeholders is a key responsibility of this position.

- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related discipline is required for this role.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in technical program management, demonstrating a strong background in leading complex hardware projects.
- Experience with project management and reporting tools such as MS Project, SmartSheet, JIRA, and Confluence is essential.
- The successful candidate should have a proven track record of launching space flight hardware or similar devices from concept to production.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements are crucial for success in this position.
