Location: Los Angeles / Hybrid

Job Type: Full Time

Relocation Eligible: Yes

Company Description: Voyager is an innovative defense, national security and space technology company committed to advancing and delivering transformative, mission-critical solutions. We tackle the most complex challenges to unlock new frontiers for human progress, fortify national security, and protect critical assets to lead in the race for technological and operational superiority from ground to space.

Forge the Future: Join Voyager Technologies

The future belongs to those who build it. At Voyager Technologies, we're building technologies that protect lives, expand frontiers and prepare us for what's next. And we're doing that with people who are wired to solve, build, adapt and lead. These roles are not for the faint of heart.

From ground to space, you'll help lay the foundation for humanity's future. Join a culture where innovation thrives, curiosity is rewarded and impact is real. We're a company of doers, thinkers and builders, united by purpose and grounded in reality.

If you want to put your skills to work where the stakes are real and the mission is bigger than any one person, forge the future with Voyager.

The Role

  • Accelerate revenue growth by securing high-impact defense and national security contracts that align with Voyager's strategic vision and capabilities.
  • Establish and expand strategic relationships with government stakeholders, system integrators, and industry partners to drive mission and capability aligned opportunities.
  • Shape and influence the market by identifying emerging mission needs and ensuring Voyager is positioned as a trusted, forward-leaning solution provider.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, and operations to ensure our solutions are not just technically viable, but mission-ready and operationally relevant.
  • Lead opportunity capture strategies that convert potential into performance—translating pipeline activity into measurable growth and long-term customer value.
  • Elevate Voyager's presence in the national security ecosystem, building brand trust through thought leadership, presence in key forums, and delivery excellence.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing growth team, cultivating a culture of ownership, resilience, and results.

Who You Are

  • A strategic builder with a proven track record of driving meaningful growth in the defense and national security sector—you've shaped opportunities that led to real impact, not just incremental wins.
  • Mission-driven and outcome-focused—you understand the gravity of the work and are motivated by contributing to national security, not just hitting numbers.
  • An integrative leader—you thrive in cross-functional environments, bringing product, engineering, operations, and customer teams together around a common growth vision.
  • Clear-eyed and data-informed—you balance intuition with insight, using data to guide decisions and measure success.
  • Skilled at both capture and positioning, you can shape early-stage opportunities, lead complex capture strategies, and ensure Voyager shows up as the partner of choice.
  • Builder of teams and culture—you grow people, not just pipelines, and lead with integrity, resilience, and urgency.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, you know how to navigate evolving missions, shifting priorities, and emerging technologies, and still deliver results.

Salary Range: $215,000 - $290,000/year
