✨ About The Role
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for product designs
- Work closely with senior management to address potential issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track
- Track and report progress throughout the product life cycle, including managing relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Implement systems to facilitate tracking and reporting of progress, issues, and blockers
- Run meetings with principal vendors and communicate complex product development cycles into concise reports throughout the process
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced technical Project Manager with a background in engineering and at least 3-4 years of industry experience
- Comfortable working with multiple vendors to bring complex products to market, particularly in the electrical and optical fields
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to identify and focus on critical project risks
- Skilled in facilitating collaboration between different departments and working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Proficient in program management systems, Jira, and general communication, with a solid understanding of Scrum for Hardware
