- As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the systems team to deliver robust interfaces and visualization tools for LiDAR sensors.
- You will be responsible for designing and implementing network interface APIs to enable seamless communication with sensors.
- Developing real-time visualization tools for LiDAR data will be a key part of your role, ensuring clarity and accessibility for users.
- You will create both programmatic and graphical user interfaces (GUIs) to support various applications, including internal testing and manufacturing.
- Continuous support for ongoing engineering projects, including troubleshooting and improving system functionality, will be part of your responsibilities.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in a relevant software engineering role.
- Strong experience in data serialization and performance-critical messaging protocols is essential for success in this position.
- Proven ability in live visualization of complex data sets is crucial for developing real-time visualization tools for LiDAR data.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design for technical interfaces will be beneficial in creating intuitive user interfaces.
- Proficiency in embedded C++, particularly in Linux environments, is preferred, especially with a focus on Digital Signal Processing (DSP) algorithms.
