X-Bow Systems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory & Site Logistics Intern to support our operations in Sacramento, CA, and Luling, TX. This internship offers hands-on experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, data entry, document drafting, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and eager to learn about the aerospace industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in tracking, organizing, and maintaining inventory records.
• Conduct inventory audits and ensure accurate documentation of stock levels.
• Support the implementation of inventory control processes to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate logistics for site operations, including material movement and resource allocation.
• Assist in planning and scheduling deliveries to ensure smooth workflow.
• Collaborate with team members to address logistical challenges and improve processes.
• Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases.
• Ensure all records are maintained with precision and attention to detail.
• Draft and edit documents, including reports, schedules, and operational plans.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and formatting guidelines.
• Assist in creating and maintaining schedules for site operations and team activities.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Experience with inventory management systems or logistics software is a plus.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools or project management software is desirable.
