Location: Luling, TX

Position Type: Part Time or Full Time, On-Site, June 8th – August 8th With Possibility of Extension

Pay: 20.00$/HR

Position Overview:

As a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance/AMSP Intern, one will work closely with our quality assurance and manufacturing professionals to support our team with administrative, compliance, and operational tasks. This role is an on-site position, ideal for someone who is comfortable with computers, data, analytics, and communicating with team members with excellent attention to detail.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Collecting and organizing data from multiple X-Bow systems

o Analyzing data for trends, primarily in the AMSP system

· Creating visuals and dashboards that present data in quick and easily digestible formats

o Help drive data-driven decision making across the site

o Will touch multiple areas of the business

§ Supply chain

§ Logistics

§ Quality

§ Engineering

§ Operations

· Update Systems and Databases

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

· Excellent problem-solving ability.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, documenting processes, and presenting findings.

· Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

· Ability to analyze data, identify trends, form conclusions, and make recommendations for corrective action.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to find, understand, and organize data.

· Excellent attention to detail to ensure compliance.

· Experience data mining using Tableau, Excel, or similar software and creating graphic displays.

Education and Experience:

· Currently pursuing a degree in a STEM field.
