✨ About The Role
- The Director of Business Operations & Processes (NetSuite) will oversee the NetSuite platform, directing implementation, customization, and optimization to align with organizational objectives
- Responsibilities include providing leadership to a team of NetSuite administrators and developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- The role involves acting as the primary liaison for all NetSuite-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices
- The Director will be responsible for strategic decisions regarding integrations and solution design to enable efficient and streamlined operations
- The position requires ensuring that business logic is supported by Yubico’s IT infrastructure and working closely with relevant teams to ensure cross-functional understanding and decision-making

- Demonstrated expertise as a NetSuite administrator or consultant, with a deep understanding of NetSuite functionality and configuration
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of effective team management and successful project outcomes
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for NetSuite implementations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Preferred qualifications include ERP Consultant Certification, SuiteFoundation Certification, and Scrum master certification or experience
