✨ About The Role
- Lead and accelerate growth in the Federal/Public Sector business unit by refining and executing strategic and tactical business plans
- Drive large-scale adoption of YubiKeys within Civilian, DoD, State & Local entities
- Recruit and inspire strong champions who actively advocate for Yubico within the Federal/Public Sector
- Coordinate with internal resources to deliver an outstanding customer experience and expand key customer, partner, and consultant relationships
- Play a key role in ongoing hiring, leadership, and growth of the Federal/Public Sector team to maximize market potential
⚡ Requirements
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in a Federal/Public Sector sales role with a proven track record of recruiting, leading, and retaining high-performing teams
- Ability to establish credibility as a trusted advisor and navigate consultative selling to Federal enterprise customers
- Deep understanding of cyber security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and/or Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Comfortable engaging in both business and high-level technical conversations with CTOs, CIOs, or CISOs
- Successful history of exceeding sales targets through direct sales and partnerships in the Federal/Public Sector
