✨ About The Role

- The AI Technical Program Manager will work cross-functionally with engineering leaders to drive corporate strategy into detailed roadmaps for autonomous mobility solutions - Responsibilities include translating corporate strategy into product roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables for various Autonomy teams - Collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions for improving driving behavior and identify potential risks - Develop project schedules, identify milestones, estimate budgets, and communicate progress effectively - Deliver executive presentations on program status, issues/risks, and accomplishments

- Experienced technical program manager with a background in computer science or engineering, ideally with at least 3-4 years of relevant experience - Strong track record of managing complex cross-functional projects and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and present complex technical information clearly - Proficiency in software development processes and tools like Gantt charts, risk matrix, Smartsheet, and JIRA - Ability to build strong working relationships with senior leaders, program managers, and engineers across functions and departments
