- The Manager, People Operations will oversee HR shared services and onboarding functions to ensure a positive employee experience.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing People Operations or HR shared services in a fast-paced or startup environment is essential.
- Candidates should possess at least 3 years of direct people management experience, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Extensive knowledge of HR compliance, particularly in areas such as EEO/AA, is crucial for success in this role.
