✨ About The Role
- Act as a strategic partner, advisor, and coach with business leaders, managers, and senior ICs on strategic priorities and talent strategies
- Develop and implement strategies for hiring, integrating, retaining, and developing talent
- Drive and support various operational components and talent programs, including performance management processes
- Manage projects effectively, meet deadlines and objectives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams when necessary
- Partner with COEs in developing and deploying talent programs to drive manager effectiveness, team engagement, and accountability

- Experienced HR professional with over 12 years of experience as a People Partner/HRBP and a total of 15+ years in HR
- Skilled in building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, particularly within engineering teams
- Demonstrated success in executing inclusive and scalable Talent Strategies in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, change management, consulting, teamwork, and influencing skills
- Strong judgment in assessing employee and business risk
