- The Manager, Product Management - Operational Tools will lead a team of product managers serving various Operations groups within Zoox.
- This role involves establishing and defining metrics and KPIs to measure the health and performance of operational systems.
- The candidate will be responsible for driving meaningful improvements to KPIs, ensuring the business is scalable.
- The position requires close collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Technical Program management to track and execute progress.
- The manager will partner with Operations managers to ensure alignment on roadmaps, KPIs, priorities, and progress for Operations employees.

- The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in Product Management, demonstrating a strong ability to drive measurable improvements through product development.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in people management is essential, showcasing leadership skills in guiding a team of product managers.
- The candidate should have a proven track record of managing a portfolio of products throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Experience in driving iterative improvements to KPIs through effective roadmap prioritization is crucial for success in this role.
