✨ About The Role
- Responsible for ensuring the success of all customer interactions for the robotaxi service
- Combines traditional customer service delivery with specialized real-time rider support during customer rides
- Works across Product, Experience, Software, and Fleet Operations teams to define and execute the roadmap for rider operations service
- Develops and iterates on both daily tactical and longer-term strategic vision for the RiderOps operating model at scale
- Leads the growth of an FTE and third-party contracted workforce to support company goals

- Experienced manager with a background in leading customer operations, technical product operations, or customer service development
- Skilled in building and managing diverse teams, developing processes, and driving operational excellence
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address issues and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to achieve company goals
- Data-driven mindset with experience in using metrics for decision-making and process improvement
