✨ About The Role
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs, especially those focused on manager and leadership development
- Review and evaluate existing or proposed programs for impact and ROI, recommending changes as needed
- Work closely with the Head of L&D and People Programs to align L&D initiatives with organizational goals and objectives
- Manage end-to-end program life cycles, including planning, development, delivery, and assessment
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, drive a comprehensive learning strategy, and support people programs such as performance management and employee engagement
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced program manager with a minimum of 7 years in program management and learning and development, including creating and implementing manager/leadership development programs and DEI programs
- Skilled in designing and delivering scalable learning and development programs in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of influencing senior leaders and stakeholders
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and achieve results by collaborating across teams
