✨ About The Role
- Lead the technical implementation strategy and participate in product roadmap development for ServiceNow at Zoox
- Establish and enforce platform development governance framework for internal and external teams
- Collaborate closely with the platform owner to design, develop, and refine ServiceNow functionalities to meet business needs
- Engage with stakeholders to create technical requirements documentation and provide consistent support
- Stay updated with new ServiceNow modules and features, adapting to the company’s growth trajectory
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced ServiceNow developer with a minimum of 5 years in a technical architecture/design role, preferably with a total of 10+ years of experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead a team of ServiceNow development-focused individuals
- Subject matter expert in multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, IntegrationHub, HAMPro, and SAMPro
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and deliver technical information to various audiences
- Proven track record of successful product releases and driving platform adoption and trust through technical solutions
