✨ About The Role
- Responsible for establishing and planning work streams required for the Safety Case in each milestone
- Manage system-level hazard analysis activities and trace potential safety issues through safety architecture, requirements, implementation, verification, and validation
- Lead the Risk Management Program for various milestones and track all potential safety issues to closure
- Define the Field Safety Issue response process for the System Safety team and manage quarterly program planning and progress tracking
- Represent the System Safety team at key program review meetings and ensure engineering groups are coordinated to deliver on corporate milestones

- Experienced technical program manager with a background in system safety and systems engineering processes
- Skilled in managing complex cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior leaders from various teams
- Strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Familiarity with safety critical systems and industry safety standards
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering or Science discipline
