✨ About The Role
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on AV vehicles to ensure readiness for on-road usage
- Coordinate repair processes, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to the engineering team when necessary
- Create diagnostic test plans and procedures as required by the team
- Maintain vehicle service records, quality field reports, and ensure shop facilities are in excellent working condition
- Execute multiple repairs simultaneously, work with junior technicians, and provide an excellent service experience for internal teams and business partners
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced vehicle technician with a minimum of 5 years of relevant technician experience, particularly in hybrid and electric vehicles
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and repair AV vehicles for safe on-road usage
- Proactive and reliable self-starter with a focus on quality output in a time-constrained environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Technical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in Automotive Repair and a clean/excellent driving record
