- The Staff Executive Operations Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Vehicle Development and will support the leadership in driving technical strategic initiatives.
- This role focuses on the connection between strategy and execution, ensuring effective implementation of the Department and Company roadmaps.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing content for Vehicle Development business reports and narratives for internal and external communication.
- The position involves supporting departmental growth in alignment with HR functions, emphasizing people retention and motivation.
- The role requires collaboration with the Internal Communications team to manage department communication and editorial plans.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and business operations, with a bachelor's degree in Engineering and a master's degree in Business Administration.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in program/project management and operations management is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess expert-level written and oral communication skills, as well as technical computer skills, particularly with the Google for Business Suite and Keynote.
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure are critical for this position.
