Lead the strategic and tactical layers of product management, crafting a compelling product strategy and multi-year roadmap while ensuring successful delivery
Develop a deep understanding of the customer, market, and business objectives to identify new opportunities and align product domain with company goals
Act as the Product Owner for cross-functional Agile product development teams, owning the product backlog, setting priorities, writing user stories, and driving incremental improvements
Ruthlessly prioritize features and ensure clear communication of priorities at all times
Compensation includes salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights, with a salary range of $191,000 - $277,000 and additional benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, and more

Proven track record of at least 8 years in direct product management, specifically bringing new digital products to market successfully
Passionate about creating impactful user experiences with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with short-term tactical wins
Comfortable with data analysis and making structured decisions based on complex tradeoffs
Experience in optimizing products in the market and ideally within the AV, mobility, or ride-hailing industries
