✨ About The Role
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive learning and development programs, especially those focused on manager and leadership development
- Review and evaluate existing or proposed programs for impact and ROI, recommending appropriate changes as needed
- Work closely with the Head of L&D and People Programs to align L&D initiatives with organizational goals and objectives

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of influencing senior leaders and stakeholders
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment and achieve results by working across teams
