- The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Manufacturing Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - A strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau is essential. - The candidate should possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary to identify and implement systemic improvement opportunities. - Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites is required, along with a self-initiative to drive projects forward.
