✨ About The Role
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on fleet vehicles to ensure readiness for on-road usage
- Coordinate repair processes, validate steps, and maintain documentation to ensure vehicles are in a "ready" state for missions
- Maintain shop facilities, tools, and workspace in excellent working condition to support vehicle operations
- Assist with parts inventory, location, and organization to ensure efficient repair processes
- Build and maintain an excellent service experience for internal teams and business partners
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced vehicle technician with 4-6 years of automotive repair experience, preferably in an engineering or research lab setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to maintain, diagnose, and repair vehicles for safe on-road usage
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate repair processes and ensure documentation is in order
- Detail-oriented individual with a reliable and self-starting work ethic, able to manage multiple projects and deliverables effectively
- Technical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repair is preferred, along with knowledge of CAN, wiring diagrams, and soldering
